From user stories to a connected operation.
Designing a logistics module that connects transport requests, supplier quotes and trip preparation for Sullair's internal teams and providers.
A new operation inside a larger portal.
The logistics module had to bring equipment transport needs, supplier proposals and the context required to make a decision into one connected flow. I joined after research, turning existing user stories into a clear sequence of information, actions and states.
Creating a request with the information already available.
Users can search by Alquimia identifier, enter data manually or add an email for the system to process. The flow then brings together equipment, origin, destination and dates, while supplier selection remains a focused decision with search, filters, vehicle type and ratings.
Two sides of the same operation.
Internal teams compare proposals and award the request; suppliers need to submit a price and observations. The mobile experience makes that task clear without implying that quoting guarantees an award.
Designing continuity between stories.
My contribution was translating user stories into flows and interfaces for both sides of the operation, covering data entry, comparison and the conditions required to move forward. The project is currently in implementation; this case documents the experience proposal developed during the design phase.
